Garbanzo Bean and Cabbage Salad
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 bag shredded cabbage
1 small bag sliced carrots (pre-cut)
1 can black olives
1/2 to 1 cup Italian dressing
Drain the garbanzo beans and the olives. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Eat right away or chill and enjoy later. Double the recipe so you’ll have leftovers! Lots of protein, fiber, healthy fats, and healthy carbs. And SO delicious.
