The holidays are upon us and the stress is brewing. You’re expected to cook a huge meal with stuffing and mashed potatoes. You don’t really want to eat too much, but you can’t resist. Money is flying out the window and you find solace in a box of cookies. Uncle Bob is coming and you’re worried about his behavior and you calm down your anxiety with a few extra glasses of wine. Or maybe you’re just tired but there’s no time to rest so you eat candy and treats to keep yourself going.
If your cravings feel out of control during the holiday season, you need this workshop!
To reduce food cravings (and to calm down stress and anxiety) we’ll use a powerful tool called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). EFT, also known as tapping, and is a simple, easy and fast way to help reduce cravings and calm down the chaos in your brain.
If you’re new to tapping, no worries! We’ll start with an Intro to EFT session that will teach you all you need to know to fully participate in the workshop. If you’re already familiar with EFT, you can skip this part but I encourage you to attend to get the full experience!
After the intro, we’ll get down to some serious curbing of those holiday cravings, quieting the anxiety, and calming the stressors.
