Cardio & Strength, incorporates cardiovascular exercise such as aerobics and step along with strength training for the entire body. Aerobics/Strength.  Intermediate to advanced level cardio class that focuses on step aerobics.  The choreography is easy to follow, but the moves are challenging! Strength Training.  Beginning to intermediate aerobic activity and strength, similar to our regular Strength and Cardio classes, but a bit more gentle for our more senior exercisers. Strength & Balance.  Our most gentle class for those exercisers just beginning their program or those with physical conditions needing some extra TLC.  Great for persons with arthritis, knee or back problems, injuries, breathing issues, fibromyalgia, and more. Step & Strength.  Intermediate to advanced level cardio class that focuses on step aerobics.  The choreography is easy to follow, but the moves are challenging! Yoga.  Great for all levels.  The perfect mind-body class for gentle strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. Dance Fitness.  Upbeat, exciting dance and aerobic exercise.  Fun! Fun! Fun!
