Eggs and Hash Browns

Sometimes you just want breakfast for dinner.  Or maybe you just want some really crispy Hash Brown Potatoes for breakfast, without all the fuss! I love Hash Browns but I don’t always love what’s in the prepared frozen ones, so I was delighted when I found the Simple Truth brand variety at Fred Meyer.  They’re organic with no artificial preservatives. 

I prepared mine according the package directions using coconut oil and they were great.  Crispy and full of flavor!  And they took just 15 minutes to cook.   One serving has 15 grams of carbohydrates. Pair them up with some eggs for protein

  • Simple Truth Hash Brown Potatoes
  • Eggs
  1. Cook Hash Browns according to package directions.  When they’re nearly done, cook up some eggs and serve.  Delicious!
