Group Coaching, Other Programs, and Private Sessions – Live or Online
Group coaching calls and online programs are often recorded (video and/or audio) so that they can be viewed by class members outside of the live class time. Class members may include past, present, and future participants in the programs. These calls will be posted on our website in a “members only” section. We will do our best to ensure your privacy, but please know that there is always a small, but possible, risk that someone outside of the program could access said recordings. Because of this, we ask that you do not share sensitive or highly personal information about yourself or others during these sessions. Of course, we love to see your beautiful faces and enjoy the experience of eye contact with you, but please know that you are free to choose to not share your video screen during these sessions. By participating you agree to respect the privacy of others and keep all information you may hear or see confidential. These policies apply to live programs and sessions as well as online.
Private, 1-on-1 coaching calls are not recorded unless you specifically request this. In this situation, I will record the session and email you the recording or send it to you via a third-party program such as DropBox.

Group Coaching Calls, Online Programs, and Private Sessions: Policies and Payments
It is expected that participants treat others in their programs with respect and that anything shared in any course remains confidential.
Due to the personal nature of our courses and because participants have access to the materials in our online courses once they register, refunds are not permitted. Payment plans are offered as a courtesy but payment in full is required once you sign up for a program, regardless of your level of participation. However, your happiness is important to us and we will make every attempt to meet your needs. In general, private sessions must be scheduled within 6 months to one year of starting any program. If you are unsure about registering for a class or program, please reach out to us at excelweightloss@gmail.com. We are happy to visit with you to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
