For the next 14 days, you’ll be guided on a mindfulness journey designed to help you reprogram your subconscious mind for success.  These meditations take just a few minutes each day and they are well worth the time.  I recommended doing these first thing in the morning or right before bed at night.   The most important thing is that you just do it!

The 14-day Meditation Challenge takes less than 10 minutes per day and the effects are powerful.  For maximum benefit, choose a time each day and write it in your calendar or planner.  Don’t leave this to chance!  These meditations are great for shifting your beliefs, but they only work if you do them!
