Meditations

These meditations are  going to help you ignite your weight loss super powers to keep the weight off!  It’s crucial that we stay in a “high-vibe” state of mind for sustained weight loss and also to help us live the lives we desire and deserve.  

This meditation was designed to help you shift your thoughts from a place of mentality of “dieting” and “food is bad (or “food makes me fat”) to a place of joyfully choosing foods that serve your body for its highest and best good.  The words (me talking) for the meditation are about 4 minutes long.  There is extra music at the end that you can listen to as you continue to meditate.  You might try listening to this meditation once per week (for example on Sunday evenings) to help you prepare for the upcoming week.  I like to repeat the affirmations out and tap on the EFT tapping points as I listen.  This helps me stay focused and it also counts as a tapping session for you!
