This week is all about affirmations!  Affirming our thoughts about what we desire in life, versus what we don’t want, is an important step anytime we desire to make changes in our lives. 

The first step is to become familiar with affirmations and start using them.  Read about affirmations, download the wallpaper, and then start using them!

You’re also going to use affirmations to help you discover your weight loss blockers. Use the worksheet below as your guide.  Once you figure out your blocks you can clear them using the techniques taught in this program.

I also encourage you to participate in the Positive Self-Talk Challenge and watch the video in that section. You’re going to love how you feel as you learn how to speak kind words to yourself!
